Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Have a complete understanding of HME's service experience, devices, and accessories.
  • Maintain, clean, and inventory HME's collection of devices, accessories, and event supplies.
  • Prepare pull sheets and bar orders, ensuring items are ready for events.
  • Proactively look ahead to upcoming events and prepare a task list for equipment and product preparation.
  • Maintain organization within the HME storage spaces.
  • Register warranties for all devices.
  • Communicate studio needs, particularly concerning low expendables, to the purchasing manager.
  • Manage returns or repairs with vendors.
  • Continuously refine storage facilities for improved efficiency between events.
  • Ensure a steady stock of clean towels and other expendable items.
  • Innovate and implement organizational tools and methods for the studio.
  • Handle orders for stock supplies.
  • Prepare and manage shipments for out-of-state or regional rentals.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine love for cannabis and an understanding of its various consumption methods.

Roles & Responsibilities:


CLIENTELING

  • Building Personal Relationships: Establish and nurture elationships with guests by understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Tailored Recommendations: Use knowledge of Contracting Brands to make product suggestions that cater to individual guest preferences.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture and utilize feedback to further enhance the shopping experience for guests.
  • Represent the Contracting Brands in appearance, behaviors, and product knowledge.


VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Adhere to the Merchandising Guidelines to consistently present the brand's ideal image.
  • Ensure that all Contracting Brand displays are correctly executed, providing guests a seamless brand experience.

    TRAINING & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

    • Participate in regular training sessions and complete periodic product knowledge assessments through Seed Talent.
    • Collect and share frontline feedback (from guests and dispensary staff).
    • Relay brand information (key selling points, taste profile) to the Dispensary Floor Staff to achieve brand sales targets.

    High-minded Events Budtenders and Educators engage in one-on-one interactions with guests at private events. Budtenders educate guests about cannabis selections provided by the event host and guide them through mindful consumption. Budtenders and Educators representing High-minded Events are expected to abide by the highest of professional standards, delivering courteous and attentive service at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist guests in intimate event settings.
    • Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to successfully recommend a safe and effective dosage for mindful social consumption.
    • Assure that the work space remains clean and clear of clutter.
    • Monitor Consumption at private events.
    • Prevent Overconsumption at private events.
    • Address Overconsumption at private events.
    • Assure all consuming guests are 21 years of age.
    • Play an active part in guest education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of guest interaction
    • Maintain clean and sanitary accessories for cannabis consumption.
    • Provide necessary support to cannabis bar teammates, assuring fluid and continuous service.
    • Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, education-oriented, and compliant with Illinois law.

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing experience
    • High school diploma, or equivalent
    • Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
    • Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, --previous knowledge a HUGE plus!
    • Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
    • Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures
